Marslin and Falla Carding and Woolen Mill
  • Lot 21 Conc 10 Bathurst.
  • Marslin and Falla (subsequently William Falla and Company and then Simon Falla) operated a custom carding and woolen mill from 1875 until 1901.
Wallace Carding and Woolen Mill
  • Lot 22 Conc 10 Bathurst.
  • George A Wallace (subsequently G and W Wallace; William Wallace and Company ; Alexander Wallace) operated a carding mill from 1871 – 1883, and then a custom carding and woolen mill from 1884 – 1894.
  • From 1895 – 1898 it was run by George Bond.
  • It sold in 1898 to C and W Donaldson but by 1899 it was no longer running and burned in 1903.

The Museum is open from 1-4pm Tuesday thru Saturday. This includes the Permanent and Temporary Exhibits as well as the Gift Shop.
