Feature exhibition: A Life Inspired, A Retrospective
William Hodge is an artist from Hamilton ON and a retired teacher from the textile faculty of the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto. William’s extraordinary works of beaded portraits and woven tapestries are in permanent collections across Canada.

Second feature: Weaving past into present
Weavers Unlimited (Ottawa, ON area) will mark Canada’s 150th year with a contemporary wearable art exhibit of handwoven shawls.

Third Feature: I, Canada
Vanessa Coplan’s “I, Canada” project will showcase a series of contemporary, hand sewn patchwork blankets that feature stitched regional Canadian content, themes and song lyrics
